The McDonalds Ballarat FNL is proud to announce an exciting new era for female football in the Ballarat region.

This season, female football will compete as BFLWomens, or BFLW, across open age, under 18 & under 16 youth girls, as well as under 14 and under 12 junior girls!

Contact your local club to get involved in the BFLW in 2021!

BFLWomens will provide a new avenue to support and grow female football in Ballarat, along with complimenting the existing BFNL football and netball competitions.

Through consultation with existing clubs, the competition structure, by laws and rules will be developed to ensure a long term and sustainable BFLWomens.

Along with a new logo and social media, BFLW will be elevated to showcase the best of female football and give it due recognition as a valued part of our community sporting landscape.
