RH: Things are happening - the club will be ok.

INSIDER: How many players would be needed to be competitive in the BFNL again?

RH: Probably 12 with an eye toward 4 or 5 wins.

INSIDER: What has been your impression of the standard in BFNL footy?

RH: Caught me by surprise. Very well structured and disciplined in their roles.

INSIDER: How do you think the BFNL would go against the Southern league where you previously coached?

RH: BFNL would win 10 goals plus. More inside footy than the SFNL.

RH: 40+ including 16 Under 17s and 19s

INSIDER: What are three non-negotiables we would expect you to write on the white board?
