2024 Week 1 Finals Details - BFNL Seniors

It is with great pleasure the McDonald's Ballarat FNL confirms week one details for the 2024 Carlton Draught Finals Series.

Careful consideration has been given to venue allocation for Week One.

The decision-making process for venue allocation has been comprehensive, focusing on balancing respective Senior ladder positioning, spectator appeal, financial considerations, and support for the BFLW Grand Final, which sees a Darley v Redan rematch on Saturday 31st of August at Eastern Oval.

The first week of finals will see Darley Park, Darley host the Qualifying Final on Saturday 31st August and Marty Busch Reserve, Sebastopol hosting the 1st Elimination Final on the same day.

Attention Sunday will turn to the 2nd Elimination Final at Darley Park, Darley.

The BFNL recognises that Elimination Final 2 has traditionally been scheduled for the Saturday of the
first week of finals and is aware of the various communications regarding ground allocation that have been sent out.

We thank the City of Ballarat, the Moorabool Shire and competing clubs for their support in our venues to ensure a successful finals series for all.
